A Wholly Owned Company of State of Maharashtra (India), registered on 16thFebruary 1974. Forest area of 3.94 Lakh  hectare is   leased  to  FDCM  Ltd. for    development  by  Government  of  Maharashtra.  Plantation  of  Teak has been raised over  1.5  lakh  hectare  between  1970 and 2000.  Annual  income from thinning of teak plantations and harvesting of bamboo is around Rs.40 crores.

FDCM Ltd. is a profit making company engaged in forestry and allied activities. The Controller of Accounts and Financial Advisor of Company is in-charge of accounts, finance and taxation matters, and advises the Managing Director on the related matters. The candidate must be below 38 years in age as on 3^rd August 2010 and a Chartered Accountant with proficiency in computer application and at least three-year experience in private sector enterprise or public sector undertaking. Total emolument at the minimum of pay will be Rs.72095/- (Pay band Rs.37400-67000 plus Grade pay Rs.8700/- and allowances). Other benefits including contributory provident fund, gratuity, medical facilities, etc., shall be as admissible under the FDCM Ltd. rules. The application, duly signed, should contain full bio-data including address for correspondence, date of birth, educational qualifications, details of past and present employment and a recent passport size photograph affixed on the first page. If serving in a govt. organization, No-Objection Certificate from the present employer must be enclosed. Photocopy of marks sheets and certificates must be enclosed. The duly complete application must reach on or before 3^rd August 2010 in the office of undersigned.
