As per the provision of Companies Act, 2013 read with the Articles of Association of the Company, the power to appoint Directors on the Board of the Company is conferred on Governor of Maharashtra. Experts and Eminent person from the field of forestry, banking, management institutions, government officers in Forest Department are appointed as Director.
